Biophilic Design focuses on the human’s innate attraction to nature and natural processes. This awareness is now finally sinking in in the world of  office interior design.  There is now a system wall where plants are integrated. That makes an attractive, green and efficient project design possible, a spokesman said. The product is called Green Partition and was introduced last month.

Office space is not getting any cheaper. The demand ask for smart interior products that make optimal use of the floor space is huge. A recent study by the Centre for People and Property shows that noise pollution and a poor interior climate is experienced as very disturbing. In a recent project of office refurbishment Glasgow, Amos Beech installed the modular wall system. It is in accordance with all partitioning walls and can be used in any space and is easy to combine with other wall systems. The system wall is mounted between the floor and the ceiling, is available in different heights and both space-separating if detached. By default, the Green Partition comes with vegetation on one side. 

The plants that grow in the partitioning wall run on a semi hydroponic system. They only need water once a month. There are no pump systems or water connections required. You can choose for a solitary planting with a contemporary looking mix of plants or for a varied look for a more vibrant appearance. With a maintenance contract you create the possibility of completely outsourcing the maintenance of the plants.
