With the objective to gather all the scientific, technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial community of pepper (Capsicum spp.) of the entire world, with those who share interest in all the aspects of this species, the CONAPROCH promotes the organization of: State Painting Prize and State Photography Prize With peppers as topic, using all techniques; in coordination with the Department of Culture of the Government of the State of San Luis Potosí. During all the three days we will have a paintings exhibition with the work of the participants in the contest. On Sunday afternoon, a welcome cocktail will be offered in the commercial exhibition and poster display area at the Conventions Center in the Hotel María Dolores, featuring a Gastronomical Sample with the participation of the best restaurants in the region, with meals made primarily with peppers.
