With the objective to gather all the scientific, technical, commercial, agricultural and industrial community of pepper (Capsicum spp.) of the entire world, with those who share interest in all the aspects of this species, the CONAPROCH promotes the organization of:

State Painting Prize and State Photography Prize, both will have peppers as topic, using all techniques; in coordination with Querétaro’s Institute of Culture and Arts. During all the three days we will have a paintings exhibition with the work of the participants in the contest.

On Sunday afternoon, a welcome cocktail will be offered in the commercial exhibition and poster display area at the Exhibition Center (EcoCentro Expositor), featuring a Gastronomical Sample with the participation of the best restaurants in the region, with meals made primarily with peppers.
