The World Pepper Convention was created in 2004, in response to the need to have a space where all the pepper community could gather, share experiences and have access to the latest technologies, products and services, and establish commercial relationships with the rest of the people involved in the processing of chillies. It is organized yearly, and the host city changes every year, to give opportunity to the growers in each of the productive regions in the country, to participate. In 2004, our first World Pepper Convention was held in Celaya and Leon, Guanajuato. In 2005, it was in Zacatecas and Calera, Zacatecas. The Convention has a regional committee each year, in order to help the national organizing committee in all the work that we need to do each year. The national committee is formed by:

VISAS AND PERMITS If you require a visa to enter to México, we recommend you to start your paperwork as soon as possible, because it may take some time. Go to Mexico's representation office in your country and ask for information. Please let us know so we can send the appropriate letters and invitations directly to the office you are going to get the permit in. If you are comming from a country where Mexico doesn't have offices in, please contact us to get orientation on what to do. We can help you if you start ahead on time. It takes about six months. |
